Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers the public Pentagon Strength website, consultation requests, and online coaching intake and purchase flows. It does not cover the Pentagon Strength mobile app or in-person training records. See the Mobile App Privacy Policy or the In-Person Training Privacy Policy for those services.

1. Who operates this website

Pentagon Strength is operated by Nerio Cedeno in Florida, United States.

2. Information we collect

Consultation requests

When you request a consultation, we collect the information you submit: name, email, phone number when provided or required by your preferred contact method, service interest, training goal, preferred contact method, and an optional short message. This request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Online coaching intake

When you apply for or purchase online coaching, we collect contact details, date of birth, city, sex, training goals and experience, activity and schedule information, available equipment, injury information, PAR-Q and health questionnaire answers, optional notes, and records of your acceptance of coaching, privacy, and health-data terms.

The online coaching intake is a sensitive route. Third-party marketing and analytics scripts are excluded from that route. Health questionnaire answers are encrypted at rest in our application database.

Payments and subscriptions

Stripe processes online coaching payments. Pentagon Strength does not receive or store your complete card number. We receive transaction and subscription information needed to activate, administer, cancel, and reconcile the service, such as Stripe identifiers, payment status, amount, and billing status.

Public-site analytics and technical data

If you allow analytics on public marketing pages, Google Analytics may collect or derive information such as page views, sessions, referral source, browser and device information, approximate location, and interactions with consultation, booking, contact, directions, social, App Store, and coaching links. We do not send the contents of consultation or health forms to Google Analytics.

If you allow advertising technologies, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may run on public marketing pages when their respective identifiers are enabled. They are not permitted on coaching intake, client, invitation, companion, or in-person booking routes. Meta receives only permitted public-page browsing and confirmed conversion events; we do not send consultation fields, contact details, health questionnaire answers, or other health information through Meta Pixel.

3. How we use information

• Respond to consultation requests using your selected contact method.
• Evaluate fit for online coaching and provide individualized coaching services.
• Process and administer payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and service access.
• Send transactional messages such as request confirmations, onboarding, billing, and cancellation notices.
• Measure public-site performance, understand which pages and calls to action are useful, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
• Maintain consent, transaction, security, and service records where reasonably necessary.

We do not automatically add consultation leads to a marketing list. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use essential storage for security and authenticated service functions. Non-essential categories are off by default. Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics; Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel load only after you allow advertising technologies; and the Google Map loads only after you allow external content.

Google Analytics may then set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Advertising and external-content providers may use their own cookies or identifiers. Your choices, consent version, and update time are stored locally in your browser without your name, email, or form answers.

You can accept, reject, customize, or later withdraw non-essential categories through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing analytics or advertising permission reloads the page to stop those scripts and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies set on this domain. Browser controls or content blockers may provide additional restrictions.

6. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

• Expired, unpaid coaching intakes are normally removed automatically after checkout expiration and a short configured grace period.
• Consultation, active coaching, client, billing, and consent records may remain while needed for the relationship and legitimate operational or legal purposes.
• Analytics retention is controlled through the applicable analytics service settings.

A deletion request may not remove information that must be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with you by emailing nerio023@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Rights and exceptions vary by location.

Consultation requests do not create a marketing subscription. If you separately consent to marketing in the future, each applicable message will include the required opt-out method.

8. Security

• HTTPS protects information in transit between supported browsers, the website, and the API.
• Online coaching health questionnaire answers are encrypted at rest in the application database.
• Access to operational systems is restricted to authorized users and services.
• Payment-card processing is delegated to Stripe rather than stored by Pentagon Strength.

No connected service can guarantee absolute security. We use layered safeguards, investigate suspected incidents, and will provide legally required notices if an incident affects personal information.

9. Adults only

The website and training services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website, account, or email notice when required.
