What Personal Training Includes
Initial Assessment
Your first 55-minute session uses low-intensity training to evaluate your starting point in relation to your goals.
Individualized Strength Programming
Exercise selection, volume, and progression are built around your goals, schedule, experience, and current ability.
Exercise Technique Coaching
You receive direct feedback during each session so the movement you practice is the movement the program intends.
Progressive Overload
Weight, repetitions, range of motion, tempo, or difficulty progress gradually when your performance supports the change.
Progress Tracking
Training data and weekly reports make it possible to review what improved and what needs adjustment.
Accountability
Fixed training appointments and follow-up create a repeatable schedule instead of relying on motivation alone.
What to Expect From Your First Session
The first session is training, but it is intentionally performed at low intensity so I can evaluate how to build the program around you.
A Goal-Led Starting Point
We begin by confirming what you want to accomplish: losing fat, building muscle, gaining strength, or improving performance. I also review your training experience, schedule, and the movements relevant to that goal. The purpose is not to exhaust you or test how much discomfort you can tolerate.
The session lasts 55 minutes. I use manageable exercises and loads to observe technique, control, current capacity, and how you respond to coaching. That information becomes the starting point for your individualized program.
What Happens Afterward
Your next sessions follow the plan created from that initial evaluation. Exercises and working loads can change as your performance becomes clearer. Progress is based on consistent training and recorded evidence, not on making every workout harder than the one before it.
If something falls outside the scope of personal training or requires medical evaluation, I will not diagnose or treat it. You may need clearance or guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional before continuing.

Where I Train Clients in Miami
All current in-person training takes place at ENDGAME, 2901 NW 6th Ave in Wynwood, Miami.
ENDGAME in Wynwood
ENDGAME provides a clean, limited-access training environment and modern equipment for Pentagon Strength sessions. Other coaches and clients may be present, so the facility is not fully private; however, its limited access makes waiting for equipment less likely than in a typical high-volume gym. The location is the only in-person gym currently published for this service.
Use the photos, map, and directions below to review the location before booking. Street parking is available nearby, but availability can vary with the time of day and local events.
Current Training Windows
Current appointment windows are 6:00–10:00 a.m. and 3:00–7:00 p.m. The live scheduler is the source of truth for the specific days and times still available.
After payment, the selected appointments become recurring weekly training times for the paid four-week period. A session requires at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule under the current attendance policy.

Why Train With Pentagon Strength
Pentagon Strength combines direct coaching, a sports-science foundation, and a simple record of the work completed over time.
Experience Behind the Program
I have coached clients since 2013 and hold a B.S. in Physical Education and Sports Science, NASM-CPT certification, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. Before becoming a coach, I played professional volleyball in Venezuela and Finland.
That background informs the structure of the program, but your sessions are not copied from an athlete template. The plan is built around your current capacity and the result you are actually pursuing.
A Realistic Fit
This service is a good fit for someone willing to train consistently, practice technique, and make reasonable nutrition or lifestyle changes when those habits affect the goal. You do not need to be perfect before starting.
It is not a good fit for someone expecting immediate results, unwilling to change habits that conflict with the goal, or likely to cancel training frequently. Honest expectations protect both your time and the quality of the coaching relationship.
Personal Training for Beginners
No Gym Experience Required
Beginners are not placed into an advanced template. I explain equipment setup, exercise purpose, basic gym language, and the technique cues you need to repeat the movement with more confidence.
If you want a deeper walkthrough of the beginner process, the dedicated beginner training page explains how the early sessions progress without assuming prior coaching experience.
Strength Training for Adults 35+
Progress Without Treating Age as a Limitation
Adults over 35 can still build strength and muscle. The important variables are the person’s current training history, recovery, schedule, technique, and ability—not a generic rule based only on age.
Programming can begin conservatively and progress from recorded performance. Personal training does not replace medical care, so health concerns or symptoms that require clinical evaluation should be addressed with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Online Coaching Option
When In-Person Training Is Not Practical
Online coaching is available when you need individualized programming but cannot train at ENDGAME. It includes the Pentagon Strength app, workout logging, technique review by video, and two scheduled check-ins per month.
The online service is a separate coaching format, not a substitute hidden inside the Miami offer. Review the online page to compare the process before choosing your consultation preference.
