I'm Nerio — NASM-CPT certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in two countries, and a former professional volleyball player. I built Pentagon Strength because throughout my career I saw that one of the main problems in gyms is that people don't know the right structure or the exercises they need to reach their goals. In both countries I've worked in, I saw the same thing: people working hard with no system. My app solves that by giving every client a detailed plan covering the 5 basic movement patterns: pushing, pulling, vertical pressing, squatting, and hip hinging.
