See Miami Training →Build strength, balance, and confidence with a program adapted to your current ability, training history, and goals. Sessions take place at ENDGAME, a limited-access training space in Wynwood.
ENDGAME can have other people training at the same time, but access is limited and waiting for equipment is unlikely. That gives each session a steadier pace with fewer interruptions than a crowded commercial gym.

Older adults do not all need the same program. Age matters, but it does not replace an assessment of experience, movement, recovery, schedule, and goals.
We start with what you can do today. Some clients are new to structured exercise, while others have trained for years and want a more deliberate plan. Exercise selection, range of motion, and starting loads are based on what you can perform with control—not on a generic age category.
The objective is to establish a repeatable baseline. That baseline gives us something useful to progress without turning the first session into a test of exhaustion.
A program can develop lower-body strength, upper-body strength, balance, control, and the ability to handle common movement patterns with more confidence. Your goal may be returning to consistent exercise, feeling stronger in daily activity, learning gym technique, or continuing to train as you get older.
The program remains strength coaching, not medical treatment. If symptoms, an injury, or a health condition require diagnosis, rehabilitation, or clinical guidance, I will ask you to work with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
The first appointment is a 55-minute, low-intensity training session. It is active, but intentionally manageable so I can observe your starting point.
We confirm what you want from training, what exercise you currently do, and whether a medical professional has given you any relevant instructions. Then we use manageable movements to look at technique, balance, control, and how you respond to coaching.
You do not need to prove your fitness level or keep up with another client. The purpose is to collect enough information to make the next session more specific to you.
After the assessment, the exercises and working loads are organized into a plan. Fixed appointments, direct technique coaching, and recorded performance make the process easier to repeat than deciding what to do each time you enter the gym.
Progress is not assumed to be perfectly linear. Recovery, consistency, sleep, schedule, and health can affect training, so the plan is adjusted when the evidence from your sessions changes.
Personal training can teach exercise technique and organize progressive strength work. It cannot diagnose pain, treat disease, prescribe medication, or replace physical therapy. I stay within that coaching scope and refer questions outside it to the appropriate professional.
If your healthcare professional has given you exercise restrictions or guidance, bring that information to the consultation so it can be respected when the program is designed.
Starting points and responses to training vary. Pentagon Strength does not promise a specific amount of strength, balance, weight change, or independence within a fixed timeline.
What I can provide is a structured process: assess, teach, record, review, and progress when your performance supports it.
